Hi Diane hope you had a good day been quite busy at work but a nice steady busy for a change
managed to have time for coffee with a colleague who changed teams last year so was good to catch up with her & nice to have a little time to do that
hope all went ok with the nurse today and you managed to keep cool
we got sun this afternoon but a real cool wind coming off the sea so its lovely & fresh still here
i am now off to have a nice cup of tea & put my feet up see what i can find to watch on TV
