Hi Diane ty for the crab.  Glad you took it gently yesterday.  As I always say you can do a bit each day to keep everything down.  You have your tea today.  It's very pleasant here today 16degrees and the sun is shinning, its just right.  I am hearing though that we are to warm up again I hope not.  Apart from anything else the heat drains me.  I find I get very tired.  Especially trying to work in it.  I hope you get your rain.  It makes such a difference and you feel the air so much more refreshing.  Have  a great day xxx

Morning Diane, any rain bypassed us yesterday. Some parts of the country got a good soaking. I will have to keep an eye on my conservatory roof as I notice some rubber seal has come adrift.I was thinking of having re roofed anyway. At the moment it's a carbon see through but could do with a tiled roof on it. It has big windows all around it so would still have plenty of light. I'll just wait & see if it decides to leak first. Some of those Opticians charge a fortune for glasses. I know with Sandra's last pair we saved two hundred pounds by shopping around..Hope you get a few peeps pop in for  tea this afternoon...I loved that interview with Scheffler yesterday. He is a cool customer. He went up in my estimation after that. Kind of saying there are more important things in his life than golf. So true. I'll see him in a different light now. I know it's easy to say that kind of thing when your the top player.. Think today I ought to go & tidy up the drive in front of the house. I've killed the weed now need to clean up...Hope you have a good day....Mallard....fanx.

Hi Diane hope you slept well was cooler her overnight much nicer sleep for me! fresher today but suns back so we will see!
the rain yesterday here was lovely my garden seems to have enjoyed it as well
well work at home day for me today so can catch up on things that got a little behind like my admin which is the boring part!!
sounds like your heat is to break soon hopefully get some relief too i think i prefer spring & autumn to this heat now i am older
well time to get my orders soon from the furry boss think he is looking forward to his groom on Saturday needed in the heat!
