Hi Diane..glad you have found not quite so cold but if that is down to the weather not being so cold you will need to still sort out your heating.  Hopefully they have done something.  I think getting the number for the head office is a good idea.  I am very much better and feel able to go to my Moms funeral now.  I will be travelling on Saturday so will be getting ready for that now.  I hope you have a good day and enjoy your afternoon tea xxx

Morning Diane, having trouble with my L/top so am having to use Sandra's. So this may be short & sweet as I'm not happy on here. Hope they sort out your heating problem. Today I'm hoping to get the outside lights up & running but the way things are going it may not happen. Got all Christmas cards sorted yesterday. We are down to sending ten. Bit annoying as I have to go to the Post Office again as I have another for Canada. Trying to work out when it wont be to busy..Got to get my L/top sorted as well..Hope all is well with you & are getting into the Christmas spirit...Have a nice day.
