Sorry to see you had thunderstorms last night.  I know that would upset Sagwa and a lot of people to.  But as you say at least it cools everything down and you were able to open windows and let cool air in.  It was very warm here today I suspect it will be hard to sleep.  Rested the knee all day and hopefully with the rub and meds I will start to improve now.  You have a great day xxx

Hi Diane hope you had a good day - well work was crazy today had me out & about on the wards that were hot! no air con office except end of day for me!
think i will be sleeping with the fan on but am tired tonight too!
sorry to hear you got a storm last night glad the oil seems to work for Sagwa though at least he managed to sleep
hope you managed to get all your jobs done am tired just thinking about all them! & the nurse turned up on time for you too
