Hi Diane...I hope you get rain and it freshens everything up for you.  I can't begin to imagine how horrible it must be to have your air filled with smoke.  The heat can be so draining to.  I see you might not be able to make it to your tea today.  I hope your Nurse comes early and you can go.  Fingers crossed.  I got the results of my xray today.  Severe wear and tear.  I am arthritic anyway.  Not really surprised to be honest the pain was a clear indication.  The doctor is referring me to Orthopaedics to see what they can do for me.  Hope your day went well...night night xxx

not a bad day cooler today so was nice and i managed to get myself all caught up no help from the sleepy furry boss though did not even bring me a coffee!!

Good morning 17 going to 25,,cooler for us was 33 yest,,our hot hot over for the mo now cooler 25. Liveable,,so sorry you are getting the high temps,,draining on the body for sure,,ya chores can wait ha ha,,brekki over my grapefruit came from South Africa. Very tasty,are $2 ea so buy 4 a mo,,  have oranges rest of time,,supper will be a mystery. Meal,,  quiet day here,,  try to find cool spot,,stay safe,, hugs
