Morning Diane hope you slept well seems it got humid overnight here now we have cloud and the breeze has gone
oh lovely to get your nurse yesterday at least you know that coban is on good with not pain
sounds like that smoke is coming over now hope its not too bad for you but guess cant have doors & windows open now

Nite hug, 30 deg again today,,did nothing,,being very careful,,meds heart etc do not like so hot,,  watched tv. Calgary stampeders over now for another yr,,bed in ea event today got a $50 thous check,,   Hope you found some cool air somewhere,,forecast here thru end of mo hot dry but bit cooler 25,, going outside to water baskets is bit of breeze at moment,,  had fried bologna and scrambled eggs for supper,,  nite hug all ok here,

My meal was all in one pot so not too bad . :)
