Morning Diane, yesterday turned out ok as Tracey popped in to say goodbye as she is off to Spain for a week with Natasha Sam & Little Ed & Sylvie. Should be fun for them all. I imagine Tracey will be baby sitting some of the time which she enjoys as do the children. While Tracey was here Sausage & Luke arrived, so we had a nice family gathering. As Sausage is pregnant with her first she wanted to look @ some of our photo albums to look @ the babies. Bless. Made angel delight yesterday. It was so nice I ate the lot in the evening. Next on my list is pancakes. Just add water. The golf was amazing. Great to see Aaron Rai win. Just goes to show on that course it's not how far you can hit the ball. We are off to town now as it's sunny weather @ about 10c. Have a pleasant Monday...

Morning Diane hope you slept well i struggled to stay asleep after 4 this morning but i guess i will sleep well tonight!
yes now a soak in the bath is lovely i struggled with that before i lost that weight i could not push up on knee at all but seems being lighter worked!!
oh good idea to soak hand in epsom salts i have them for the bath lavender ones lovely on my knee
