hi Diane..glad your happy with the Doctors you have now.  They will get to the bottom of why there was no change.  It's all good hopefully.  Did some jobs today just light ones it was to warm to get into anything heavy. I am out tomorrow to do my food shop so we will see what the weather will be like then.  I hope you managed to get your jobs done.  I know when they start to build up it's irritating you like to keep control I am the same.  I hope you have a lovely day ..night night xxx

Hi Diane hope you had a good day - work was busy luckily got it done before i finished early
knee education was quite interesting too got a physio phone appt on 10th June now last bit then should get a date (goodness knows how long till i do!!)
I am glad tomorrow is Friday think some sleepless nights are catching up on me but its cooler today only 22 so not bad nice breeze
