was a good morning in work then home this afternoon - yep mum says she is fine but i may have lied said its due to knee pain!!!
got Jakes anti-inflammatories refilled i got a month they last 2 months i half dose him haha expensive enough as it is here
had odd weather here about 18 but rain then sun then a thunder storm then wind and now suns out again!
well time for a cuppa & feet up
