So sorry that you are unwell.. try making a decoction of Spices - clove (sore throat), cinnamon and cumin seeds. It will give relief.. hope it helps!
Audits are on Monday and Tuesday morning. Hope they go well 🤞🏻
Don't force yourself for a walk.. just sit at the balcony.. once your body heals, you can go out..
Today going to a school where they are conducting program for underprivileged kids.. I will be part of potluck for 5-8 kids.. there will be other ladies too to feed 200-300 kids..
