I'm going in to walk on the treadmill.  Just want to get some steps in and will walk responsibly.  Have a good evening!  This is funny....the watch keeps telling Don and I to wash our hands....or go rest and have a drink of water.  LOLOL!  If I washed my hands THAT often, there would be no skin left.  Too funny!  xxx

Hi, Janet!  Be careful in the heat the next two days.  With the humidity, it doesn't take much to wear you out.  Our temperature is 109 right now at 4:50 p.m.  Nuts!  It's been much hotter than that, but still, hot is hot!

We had pizza for dinner last night, so ate the rest of it tonight with a salad.  Tomorrow I'll make the tuna casserole again.  It was good and lasts us two nights.  Can you tell I like cooking about every other night. 

Randy is getting spoiled and expects that salmon and rice in the mornings.  He won't be getting that tomorrow, as we're out of it now.  We've plenty of rice, but no chicken or salmon.

Hi, Janet!  Took the jigsaw apart in the early evening and tidied up the bedroom somewhat.  ;)  Wonder what I will do next?  Randy got me up before 6 today.  Didn't get to bed until 11:30 last night.  He is such a ... "dog"!  LOL 

Every time we leave the neighborhood, we wonder what they are doing in the area that supposedly they will build new homes.  We have seen huge rocks they have placed near the curb, so we're thinking they really want to have a very solid foundation before starting any homes.  It sure has been disruptive for people living near the area.  They water the area to compact the soil, and the water drains out onto the road, etc.  I won't tell you how much Don complains with his black Jeep!  LOL  Ah, it gives him something to do....wiping it off when we get home.  :) 

There is an excessive heat alert until Tuesday evening.  Good thing we don't plan on going to Death Valley, as it will get to 122 in some areas.  Hot, hot, hot!
