Hi, Janet!  Thanks for the colorful Bee Eater!  :)  Nice that you didn't miss Carole's appointment!  That was close!  The rest of your day sounded very nice.  Glad you didn't have any trouble with your Covid shot...now on to the flu shot. 

We had an interesting day.  For some reason I felt ornery and said to Don, "Let's take that "extra money" to the Nugget and see if we can win something".  I knew it would be the last time we'd go out to do that.  So, we played some games and came home with $500!  I'm happy knowing that she loves to gamble and will be tempted to more than usual.  So, this, added to what we have saved up, will help. 

Don showed me what a Hillman Imp looked like!  Very cool for your ex's father to win.  :)  I've only won a sweeper, Tickets to the Red's Baseball game, and $50 for being chosen "Smiler of the Day" on the Bob Braun Show!  LOLOL!!!  I took Mom, my sisters, my mother-in-law to Cincinnati to see his show!  Oh, we were in a commercial for the Ohio State Fair once, too.  We went to see a band and they must have been doing some filming and there we were clapping for the Pleasant Mountain Boys!  :)  Mom, sisters, friends!  It was a fun day and then saw us in a commercial on tv!  Oh, and our class did a baseball game on a PBS station for physical fitness 5th and 6th (grades).  That was fun.  I got to bat the ball!  LOL  Memories....
