Hi, Janet!  The old jigsaw I am doing is the Smoky Mountain Christmas and it's 24 x 30 inches.  Just big enough not to fit on the board.  I'm just doing this for fun.  Nearly put it back in the box while trying to get it on the table but it worked out fine. 

Looked on Nextdoor and didn't see anything.  Maybe there will be something in the paper tomorrow if it was an emergency.  The Pahrump Times comes out on Wednesdays and Fridays.  I like Fridays paper, as they have circle the words plus the jumble.  :)  I rarely do the crosswords anymore.  Mom and I would do the crosswords each day and then compare answers when I'd call her at 7:30 each evening.  She was really good at crosswords.  She new Latin from taking it in school, so those were the hard clues for me.  ;) 

We had a good day.  The food turned out tasty and everything ready on time.  We kept the pie until afternoon with coffee.  Between lunch and pie we went over to Terrible's Casino and saw the horses coming and going on the Calvada Eye.  Luckily we won on quite a few games so we came out maybe $10 ahead.

Hi, Janet!  Turkey breast in the oven and can smell it already.  Time to go in and get ready for the day now.  The easy preparations will come after I look "decent".  LOL

What are you up to today?  It's a sunny, nice day here but cooler and a light breeze which makes it feel even colder.  I covered Randy up with a blanket last night and he kept it on!  :)

My son has already said Happy Thanksgiving.  My daughter usually texts me a Happy Thanksgiving.  Anyway, I'm thankful I had the experience of being their mom.  :)
