Thanks for the Mallard, Janet!  :)  Don's resting in the den.  We didn't get to pick up his meds and I didn't get my flu shot.  When getting out of the car, a lady told him the store was closed.  She was a passenger in a car.  Said they were having water problems (plumbing, etc.???).  Oh, well...maybe tomorrow.  As we were leaving the house, Floyd's trucks were up and down the street.  They have the street marked again in front of James' house, so probably there is still a problem underground there.

I looked over the wall and saw where they were digging for the pool.  The deep end is up towards Nick's backyard.  Pretty cool that they could get that much done.  It's all quiet here now. 

I've been busy pulling a few weeds between our  house and James', then came in and put the new light bulbs in and took down the exhaust fan cover and cleaned it outside.  Now resting to get cooled off.  :) 

Hope you get to see Gwen again and that her husband gets better.  It's so sad when the one you love so much is ill.
