Sounds like your Birthday was fun and still more to come with the girls.  :) 

We think Nick might have already had his surgery.  Haven't heard anything from him but Don has picked up another parcel for him and mail.  He was taken to the airport by his lady friend (who has the horses) and she most likely will be picking him up on his return.

Hi, Janet!  Oh, my.  Don said he's changed barrel locks himself before.  Anyway, I told him well, I couldn't do it, so how could you.  He understood that, he just thought it was a lot of $$$.  Oh, well, we don't know the circumstances.  My stepcousin is having to pay a lot for his car repair, too.  Just say a prayer that it works until the part comes in for replacement.  I'll put in a good word for you, too.  :) 

I ran the sweeper in the afternoon while Don was at the Gym.  Posted some photos in the afternoon from our trip in to Summerlin.  The pictures are hazy because of all the dust in the air, but some of them are nice. 

I'd like to go out and do something in the front yard but it is just too hot.  Still 100 degrees at 6 p.m.  I wore a longer sleeved top today to hide the "freezing" spots on my arms.  It won't take too long for them to heal.
