Hi, Janet! The day went by quickly. We did go get Randy some dogfood at Tractor Supply then to Smith's Grocery Store. Don left for the gym and worked on the floor for about an hour until I'd had it. LOL The doorbell rang, and it was the guy who painted Nick's house last year or the year before. He wondered, of course, if we were thinking of getting our house painted, as they were across the street cleaning the sand, etc., off of the house before painting it soon. I told him maybe next year. We've only been here 8 years this month. Most of the homes getting painted now are nearly 10 years older than ours. Oh, well. Usually, I don't answer the door when Don's gone, but I thought maybe they were having a plumbing problem across the street. That happens here a lot.
Sandy had a leak under her kitchen sink this morning. She's so lucky that friends stop by when she has a problem. Corwin stopped by and suggested a plumber he used recently. Then George, her handyman up the street from her, came down and went to the hardware store and fixed the problem! All is well.
