I agree with you, it's so much better to adress issues immediately. Also, our weekly meetings make planning things like the end of the year or the summer holiday working schedule much easier. Plus, we almost always have someone bringing some sweets for all of us, so that's a bonus *lol*
I admit, I miss work, but I wouldn't want it any other way, I'm so happy to be able to stay at home with the baby until he's two years old and old enough for day care.
