🌿♥️🌿 I'm glad you made it an early night and didn't push it. Especially since your breathing was labored! Sometimes it's best to avoid those memory triggers after losing your spouse. I couldn't stand to hear certain songs after Bill died. Triggered my grief. Most if the time now, I can hear them and conjure up pleasant memories of our time together. Go easy Girl!
