FM and PD - thanks!

Oh you have a nice variety too!  I LOVE fresh cucumbers - it makes you wonder how they taste so different at the store!  Eggplants were easy - and for whatever reason, they grew GREAT last year.   Jim buys the plants because the seeds are so hit and miss - but we had a ton of eggplant.   Beets would be great, too - I should mention that to him.  It is really cold and rainy here today - just miserable.  It's only supposed to be warm maybe one day for the next week.    I'm getting tired of this - I sure hope we have a summer this year!

THE NEGLECTED FAIRY

Oh why do I sigh,
And moan, and cry
About how very much
Time goes by
When I don't pay attention
To my inner fay,
(I really don't want her
To fly away!)
So instead let me sit
And write some lines,
Hoping to get a poem
That really shines,
`Cause the fairy within me
Needs time for fun
Lest she get cranky
And come undone.
If I do a good job,
She'll soar to new heights
When I dust out the cobwebs
And turn on the lights;
Together we'll go
To a magical place
That will put a sweet grin
On her tiny face.
She will flutter her wings,
Sing some sparkling songs
In a place filled with magic,
Where she truly belongs!

Evening sprinkles ✨

I still surprises me how animals seem to know when you are feeling down. Last night sitting with hubby watching TV I watched as Jojo hopped up onto hubby's lap to walk across him to snuggle beside me! She knew I was upset. Then Rylee curled up beside me to sleep during the night - made it harder for me to toss and turn - which was a good thing as I did manage to get some sleep. The trainers' letter, the events of Monday rolled through my head anytime I was awake. I really love this guy - they are both such a comfort. I will figure out a solution. Happy Wednesday.
