I seem to havebusy,but with little to show for it.A friend stayed for a chat and I did a little tidying upstairs.It's weird how it feels as if the heat increases at this tme of night.What a shock about Ann Widdecombe, horrible way to die.I hear they had arrested a man.I sincerely hope that we both sleep tonight, for me two nights in a row would be a miracle.No rushing off in the morning which is nice.Stay cool.

Crab. That's you and me both, I will reset my garden at the w/e.Some you win, some you lose.Even I glowed in the gym this morning, a/c wasn't on at first.I did my bit of shopping after a ride home in a very hot bus.I used to laugh at my mum when, indoors she stripped off to the bare essentials.Now I am doing the same but keeping a pair of trousers to hand, just in case.There is a bit more cloud around since I got home.Not sure what to do this afternoon, maybe some diamond work.Stay cool.

Thanks to exhaustion I slept well last night.My house is shut down every day now, not easy moving around in semi darkness.Front gets the morning sun, back until sunset, no respite.It was great seeing friend, only happens once a year.We just pick up from where we left off.Going to the gym as a means to do some shopping in a nearby shop, both have a/c.Keep cool.
