Its been a dry day here but not as warm as of late and we still have that cold wind with us x Great for the washing though think i grab everything in sight when its like this x We got into the garden for a short spell hopefully better tomorrow x My son popped in with Clyde for a while and we watched the football they were not happy bunnies with the results x I pottered for a while but a lazy day really we all need them once in a while lol x Hope your day went well and you had some good weather again x Needless to say i am getting through my returns and then going to watch some tv xx Will catch up soon Night night sleep well when you go and have a nice evening x

Good morning Marguerite.  We are enjoying lovely weather here too but not as warm as you.  I guess we have the breeze from the coast - it is currently 15C here.  Like you, Malc has been taking Bonnie for some lovely walks and she spends the interim time, sleeping or eating - and sometimes playing with her toys or enjoying cuddles and play with one or both of us.  We have a fairly relaxed week ahead - no appointments - but hopefully we will get to Castle Point (Bournemouth) on Tuesday as Malc has something to collect and we need a couple of items not available locally.  Look after yourself and thank you for the cuddles sent to Bonnie and we return them to Pippin.  Love, hugs & blessings for you all.

Morning Marguerite, yes your right it is a big birthday . Well we had a scorcher if a day yesterday , I got my ironing done in the morning before  it got too warm then did another load of washing .  After lunch I went into the greenhouse and cleared nearly all the weed from one side it seems to come underneath from the garden outside as I’ve got pebbles down each side of the path inside which I stand my tomato pots on . I planted my sweet peas at long last to but coukdnt  stay in there much longer as it was baking so I came back to the conservatory and finished my book before the sun came round that corner . Suns just come out here looks like another lovely day. Have a great Sunday xx

a sunny evening splash and wishing you a restful good night, Marguerite! it's quite a bit cooler here at 17C, and I have windows open. the peepers have started their chorus, and the big locust trees are finally starting to leaf out. Dresden and I had a quiet day after yesterday's shopping. (although I did get a load of laundry done so I wasn't a complete slug.) he's curled up next to me waiting patiently for his supper.
