a quiet evening splash and wishing you a peaceful good night, Marguerite! a cardinal with pink diamond spotted; thanks! I saw some pictures of the damage in Cornwall. I love storms, but some are just too scary! glad to hear that you and Pippin were able to have an enjoyable walk.  we had sunshine here today, but it's starting to cool down again. right now we're at 1C. I went to the library, and stopped at the drug store. laundry is finished (for the day), and I'm ready to relax a bit before making supper.
