Summer mallard and seed thanks Marguerite was another hot day here and seems to Carry on over the next four days at least. I watered the lawn again yesterday as the gardners instruction s . He’s supposed to come and top  dress it at some point . I had to go to tge surgery for a sample pot and took that back after lunch theyve cancelled my blood test today so I’ll have to make another appointment. Think I’ll go to Tesco this afternoon stiock mycupboards up again , at least it will be cool round the freezers . Take care keep cool cc

a quiet evening splash and wishing you a restful good night, Marguerite! glad it has cooled down for you, and that you and Pippin could enjoy your walk today. it's warmed back up again here. I think the high today was 32C, and we'll be in the 30s for most of this week. I waited until 7:00 p.m. to go to the grocery store so I could avoid the worst of the heat. Dresden has had his treats and medicine, and is curled up next to me purring. he sends sleepy snuggles to you, and to Pippin. (like Pippin he enjoys and appreciates the ear rubs.)
