a quiet evening splash and wishing you a restful good night, Marguerite! at -17C I think the snow is going to be here awhile. your pansies sound lovely, and what a treat to visit the garden center. Samantha and Elia came today for a belated Christmas get together. Elia liked her gifts; yay! they gave me a coffee mug that says, "the best job I've ever had is being a Grammy".  Dresden hid the entire time they were here. after they left Dresden and I snuggled in my chair, and read. except to take the trash out to the bin I've not stepped outside since Saturday. tomorrow will be warmer (a bit), and I'll get outside then. take care. hugs! xxx 🌷❤️

So pleased you had a lovely time with your family at the Garden Centre, a nice lunch and lovely plants for your patio.  Sorry you did not manage to get Pippin out for a walk but good you could enjoy family time - he is well taken care of so to miss a walk here and there is not the end of the world and as you say you will make it up to him.  It is 9C here today so slightly warmer than it has been but rain is in the offing I fear.  Thank you for the cuddles for Bonnie and I return them to Pippin.  Love, hugs & blessings for you all 🤗🤗🐾💕
