Hi Marguerite, casualty was good last night and nice to see it back. I watched the brits win the mens doubles first time we’ve won since 1936 hence another glass of wine to celebrate . Reached 30 deg here yesterday no wi nd either was unbearable at times . I had my chilmax going all day kept topping it up with ice cubes to keep in cool . The ladies singles was a bit disappointing all one sidesd for the polish girl . I’m hoping the mens singles will be an exciting game today . Ted escaped and came to see me so we had a cuddle and a few treats before I took him home anne said she knew where he’d be I’m always his first port of call . Sorry to hear about your car you were lucky to get home before it went , hope it’s fixed soon and dosnt cost too much . I only managed to do my ironing yesterday and water the plants , did my biking but that was all , read some more of my book too . Today is hot already so it’s going to be much the same as yesterday I don’t think I’ll be doing much again . Keep cool Marguerite enjoy your Sunday xx
