Hi Marguerite, good for you going to the gym, especially in this heat! I've just started with some home equipment but I'm leaving any jumping about until it gets cooler again lol. its a lovely start here again xx I am heading out shortly for the grocery shop x I have a couple of jobs to do and will spend some time pottering in the garden x I am enjoying the tennis young Fery did so well yesterday to reach the semi finals you never know so fingers crossed xx I am ready for a gold Llama getting there slowly and found a koala for my hippo vase all in the one day lol pigs might fly xx I had better move enjoy your day whatever you decide to do xx Thank you for spotting xx

I Hope you're ok and continuing to stay cool in the heat .it's getting hotter here, too hot to sleep last night. You're good to go the gym I never do I admire you , so good it's a nice air conditioned place to train in .
Does Pippin enjoy his training sessions ? My niece is visiting today she is bringing her New puppy Mabel,I can't wait to meet her !.

Early morning sprinkles from alongside Nessie's Loch...
After a good night's sleep I decided to get up within minutes of 6am and enjoy the sun before it gets too strong for me...
The veranda beckoned me, so sat there with two cups of hot honey and lemon watching the wee beasties...the feathered ones all taking seed and nuts with two young voles enjoying the small, chopped pieces of apple mixed with dried cake fruit...the pine marten last night enjoyed larger pieces of chopped apple and kiwi fruit...you know what it is like...fruit beginning to go a little squishy within the skin...that was kiwi not apple 😆😆...RSPB who also care for small wildlife recommend that fruits not quite good enough to grace one's table are in general good for wee furry beasties 😊...no citrus fruits as they can cause squirts of a different nature...😆😆
Well, a bowl of cereal and we're ready for the day...
