Have a peaceful evening Marguerite.  So happy to hear "Bert" did very little harm in your area.  You are right some parts of the country were hit really badly including some parts near us by the coast.

Hi Marguerite, having problems at the moment, my internet went down, then went to the opticians to try and get the mistakes they made. Goodness  how long it will take for them to get it right. Water on the inside of the study wall and ceiling, it was dripping at one point.  Our builder friend is coming round today to assess the situation. There's always something!!! Chaffinch thanks Marguerite. They don’t stop emptying our garden bins I expect there’s always  something to be done out there no matter the season depending on the weather . Saying that they will probably stop them now but we pay for twelve months . Well supposed to be nice today but too dark to see yet . Hope martin feels better today . Take care xx
