Its been a chilly day here but it stayed dry x
I did some bits around the house cleaned the glass doors took a while not one of my fav jobs x Then i watched a couple of episodes of Father Brown x Then started to prepare the tea x I hope your day has been good and the rain has not been to bad x Have you had any flooding i saw it on the news if its not one thing its another x Is the car ok now fingers crossed x Will pop in again soon x Have a nice new week and enjoy your evening xx

We do not have a lot of snow, but
yes, it's been extremely cold ~ We
are expecting a high of -12c today,
the warmest that it's been in several
days ~ Yes, my Mom was moved to a
care facility close to her home
yesterday ~ My sister Brenda brought
her some clothes and helped her
unpack ~ She started physical therapy
today, but is very week and has gone
off of her pain meds ~ The hope is
that the Shingles will go away, that she
will get stronger with therapies, and
be able to return to the independent
living that she previously enjoyed ~
Sure hope that your car is fully
repaired and I was pleased to hear
that you and Pippin enjoyed a
walk in the sun today ~ Hope that
you enjoy a pleasant new week :)

It was a grey day yesterday and it stayed frosty all day. I pottered around a bit, did some reading and worked on my family tree. I've still got 6 years to do before I retire. They're going to be 6 long years if it stays as busy and chaotic as it is now. It doesn't help we've taken over another office. More work and not enough staff 😊

Hi Marguerite, happy your weather has been sufficiently good to permit nice walks out with Pippin. It hasn't been too bad here over the last 24hrs so Malc took Bonnie for a good walk yesterday.  I am hoping he will make an appointment with the doc later as he is still coughing.  It is slightly warmer than it has been but my understanding is that we are going to experience another very cold snap.  Thank you for the cuddles sent to Bonnie and we return them to Pippin.  Look after yourself, keep warm & dry.  Love, hugs & blessings for you all.
