We enjoyed sunshine again today
and warmed to -14c, colder than
average for us this past week ~ I
talked to my Mom yesterday and
shared our intensions of celebrating
her 90th birthday with her on Friday
and she respectfully asked us to hold
off on the celebration until she is well
~ She has not been eating and has
been getting by on 3 protein shakes
per day ~ Two days of physical and occupational therapies have not
helped her appetite return ~ Thanks
so much for thinking of her ~ How's
the car repair working out? Hope you
and Pippin enjoy a lovely Thursday 😊 💜

a quiet evening splash and wishing you a restful good night, Marguerite! glad to hear you and Pippin had a good walk today. and, also good to hear he's settled down to rest. I'm sending him relaxing ear rubs. Dresden is on the couch next to me, and sends cozy snuggles to you, and to Pippin. we've had a fairly quiet day. Brigid was here to do the monthly cleaning (floors, etc) for me, and as always we had a nice chat. Dresden, of course, retreated to the bedroom. I picked Ellie up from school yesterday, and so whatever bug was bothering their family seems to have moved on. it's still cold here, -13C. I'll have to go out tomorrow for groceries. the conservatory was closed for scheduled maintenance I believe.  (they do that a few times a year.) take care, and wishing you a lovely day tomorrow. hugs! xxx 🌷❤️
