Hi Marguerite. The physio is coming to Joan on Thursday £ 100 for an hour. She will be having a few sessions and going to NHS physio 30th March Laura will bring her . Lovely sunny day. Going to the hairdresser then for lunch . Joan was on her own this morning . First time She needs to start trying to do things so asked for the morning to herself. Have a good weekend x

Good morning, Marguerite. I also went for a hair cut yesterday. A glorious but chilly start here, the sun is shining and the sky is blue, just a few white fluffy clouds around.
