a sunny evening splash and wishing you a restful good night, Marguerite! a chaffinch spotted; thanks! we had rain this morning, too, but it seems to have just made it muggy. and, it's 28C, which is cooler than it has been, but not cool enough (for me). glad to hear your garden is happy. ha! the *weeds* in my garden are happy; I just can't seem to find the energy this summer to get out there.  today has been quiet, and I had a much needed excellent nap. (I did not sleep well last night.) the kitty boys seem to have enjoyed the quiet day, and they send lots of snuggles to you, and to Pippin. I'm sending Pippin many many ear rubs. I'm happy that the rain stopped so you and he could get out for a walk. take care, and hugs! xxx

I haven't been in the gardens much lately. Just not real interested right now. Come Winter, I'll be on more often.

This week, our middle grandson turned 16 and our oldest great-grandson turned 12. They are growing up too fast. Such is life.
I hope you had a good day. We had hot & humid once again. But it IS Summer.
