a sunny afternoon hello, Marguerite, and a splash! it's 22C here, and a beautiful day. we're suppose to have a few warmer days before it begans cooling down again. happy to hear that you had help with the garage. the kitty boys are, surprise!, napping and so send drowsy snuggles to you, and to Pippin. I think every day is a lazy day for them. ah, the life of a cat! I'm sending lots and lots of ear rubs to Pippin. when I took Cece home yesterday I was able to give ear rubs to their pup, Janeway.  then Ellie had to show me her bedroom, and ?sitting room?. it's certainly not a playroom anymore. she worked on it over the weekend, and was very proud. she also introduced me to the 3 geckos who live upstairs, but I confess I have already forgotten their names. take care, and wishing you a lovely rest of the week! hugs! xxx

Enjoy a peaceful evening Marguerite & tyvm for the duck & gem.
We have had a bright but cool day here today.  Malcolm took myself and a friend to my ladies lunch, did his shopping and returned for us just after 2pm.  We all had an enjoyable time - it is something I look forward to each month.  Malc has just returned with Bonnie from her walk - it has clouded over now 18C.  As you say it will not be long before the heating has to be on.  I hope you got a reasonable quote for your garage door.  We have just had quotes for some loose tiles on the roof (which resulted in a dreadful leak in the lounge & a chunk of ceiling coming down).  Hopefully it will all be fixed in a couple of weeks time, meanwhile we pray for another dry spell.  Thank you for the cuddles for Bonnie and we return them in abundance for Pippin.  Look after yourself.  Be safe & keep warm.  Love, hugs & blessings for you all 🤗🐾🐾🦋🌹💕
