a sunny afternoon splash and wishing you a restful good evening, Marguerite! a yellow wagtail with pink diamond spotted; thanks! you've been busy! and, your yesterday sounds like it was a fun day. I think Ce and Ellie both enjoyed their first day back to school. Ellie is excited about being upstairs with the big kids, and being allowed to play in the big field instead of being in the fenced in play area.  the kitty boys are snoozing as they wait for dinner. I laughed at the picture of Pippin sleeping with the ball in his mouth. the boys send snuggles to both you, and to Pippin. I'm sending Pippin. more ear rubs.  I saw my doctor today for my 6 month diabetes check. I've been getting short of breath when I shop, etc. so she's referred me to another clinic for a couple tests. she also had a blood test done to check for congestive heart failure. (my legs and feet have also been swelling by the end of the day.) so, that's what I did today. tomorrow will be a grocery shopping and such day for me. take care, and wishing you a lovely day tomorrow. hugs! xxx

~ Pleased to hear that you enjoyed
time with your Son and his Girlfriend
~ I went out to lunch with a Girlfriend
this afternoon ~ She shared a dozen
sweetcorn that she picked fresh 2
days ago and I in turn shared 10 of
them with an upstairs neighbor ~
We warmed to 28c today and it looks
like I will be running the AC to sleep
