Hi Linda
Just had my Doctors call. My Osteoporosis has got worse so now I have to go back on Alendronic Acid and take Ad Cal D3 as well so not too happy. She said that was probably why I was getting more hip and back pain. So not very happy I have to have another scan in 3 years.

Yes it was Muggy in the night I woke at 5.30 but must have gone back to sleep till 7.30. Pleased you are having your hair cut think we all enjoy having a haircut. I'm just shopping then looking after my friend's dog while she is at Wimbledon.
