Ty for an Albino BB. Had a really good nights sleep last night. So feel better. My friend has had no change she is still more or less housebound. Hopefully she is seeing the Doctor on 21st July hope she gets sorted then a bit more. They keep saying its her knee but a physio says its a torn cartilage in her leg ? I do feel for her as she is on her own. Although her Granddaughters  look out for her but are busy with children and work. Hair feels a bit better after my trim but needs a wash again as its a mess this morning. Hope you are okay hope you got your shopping done yesterday it was such a hot day. Have a good day.

How are you liking the heat. I hate it. I was going to go out today, but its too hot. I stayed hidden indoors by the fan.
Hopefully cooling off by the weekend
