Yes your foot sounds to take a long time to heal but wearing a sock is probably better than having a boot. I suppose when we have osteoporosis like we do things do take a long time to heal . No don't know what the fluid is you have. Yeah jusr=t rest up but keep moving so it doesn't stiffen. I chickened out of an operation when I broke my wrist but sometimes I waih I had as the back of my hand is a bit lumpy. You know you don't need one though so that is good.
