Hi Yvonne hope you had a good day been warmer here today but only 21 so not too bad!
work was busy had lots of admin to catch up on so kept me going i prefer to be in the hospital to be honest might start to knock it on the head & just do it when i need to catch up on stuff!!
yes am so pleased with weight loss someone noticed yesterday i walk better on my knee too i have noticed it but nice when others notice it too!
got nice 2 days off from Lana now she is off till Monday peace! i did tell my boss i am not going to be putting stuff right for her anymore & she told me not to let her deal with it!
do hope the knee is a little better today do you think you will make it out with the girls?
well football AGAIN! tonight so reruns again for me
