Far to hot here i have only been to the bin and that was enough for me lol x I just pottered for a wee while and watched the tennis x The ladies final was awful all one sided one of the worst i have ever seen x Hope the mens one will be much better tomorrow x I am chilling watching the darts now x Enjoy your evening and hope its a bit cooler for us all tomorrow x Nighty night sleep well and stay cool xx

we have to drop to mid twenties by tuesday , thank god ,,glad yu had a pleasant day hun , have a cosy evening and keep that fan going , we have all the doors still wide , keep cool and have a cool sunday hun xxx

Hi Yvonne well its been quite nice today cool sea breeze but the sun did arrive think hotter tomorrow & Mon!
did my jobs then had a nice film afternoon & a little bit of a nap in middle of a film!!
sounds like a good thing missing shopping in the heat today its not nice shopping in it!
good you daughter is doing the food shop you will enjoy coffee out tomorrow am sure
i did not get out for mine in the end but did not feel like getting changed & sorting my hair to go
was still a good day!
well i guess not much on TV again tonight so will have to see what we can find might be more reruns or a film!
yes will look forward to my knee appointment be good for things to move forward!
