splashed-- Just when I get used to one way they change things--Yes it used to be $4.50 for the washing machine and then the dryers were free but a number of people were washing stuff in the sink of bathtub and of course you really can't wring the water all out so the load in the dryer was heavy ,soggy and wet and was hard on them. I think I got a flaky dryer as not all my wash got dry(sheets) so I now have things droped over the back of chairs with the heat coming off the tads to dry them. Good thing I now have heat!!. The sun is trying to poke through but  we have had some snowflakes and it is one of those days to just keep your nose in. I know you said you were high up and safe but just hope you don't have to go through the lower areas for anything. Have a good day.
