Morning Yvonne well still hot was 19 when i woke another hard to sleep night am hoping not so hot today but think it will be!
i have a neck fan got it last year its brilliant i love mine hope it comes quickly!
well today Lana works from home so think i will get some peace from her today and hope for a not too busy day before i head over to see knee man!
hope the tum is ok today sometimes think heat plays a part too my IBS does not like hot weather
Jake was a little off yesterday too with his tum seems ok now but i guess they feel the heat too
well have a lovely day take it easy xxxx

Oh I forgot lol
Welll don't forget I was already weak from being bedridden for a year. all my muscles atrophied and I had no strength. I can't even lift a gallon of milk. My arm hit the hood of the car. So yeah will take awhile. thank you. Hope you have a great Thursday. Hugs xx
