Hi Yvonne, I took the day off from walking today, it poured, and only got to 3 🥶.

I’d like to lose 10 pounds, if I was younger, I’d say 30 🤭. But I agree about weight loss when you age, makes you look way older, cause it never falls off the middle, it loses off your face first, which sucks 😵‍💫. Instead, today I was a vegetable, I got a lovely migraine last night, still lingering. It’s likely my body telling me to eat 😂 and stop with the long walks. So, I ate a huge chocolate bar and a yummy bag of salt and vinegar and caramelized onion chips. Yum, so a total cheat day. On nice days I’m going to continue with my walks, cause I enjoy them, I listen to music and just chill. Dieting with me usually lasts a week, then I go back to my cheating ways 🤭

splashed-- Today is warmed up to 20 but there was rain off and on so decided against going and get some pots to transplant into. I have4 baby pigeons out there in one of the big flower pots--in the city I think pigeons will nest and lay eggs where ever they can .Laundry all done and put away so that is that job out of the way for a bit. Have a good night.
