I opened up my weather app just now, and 18 of the 20 cities that I have saved are under weather alerts, most for extreme cold, others snowstorms. One fairy who visits my garden lives in Minnesota, she wrote me this

Woke up Friday AM  to -26 F with a wind chill of -48 F.  Needless to say it's suppose to warm up a little through Sunday.   Coldest city in my state had a wind chill Friday morning of -63 F.  Baby it's cold outside.

It’s not just Canada going through this crap. We did go for a walk today, it wasn’t too bad, -24, but with the wind, -34. But both Brian and I had our Canada Goose Parkas on, and I was actually too warm, lol. I kid you not. My parka is good for -40 and colder, so is Brian’s. All the cities I have saved are thousands of kms apart, yet almost all have alerts, I have never seen that happen before.
Tears froze on my face today, Brian’s moustache looked like it was made of ice. Nikki’s face was white, and it wasn’t snowing. We only saw one other person walking.
