Hi Yvonne hope you had a good day been less busy today so finally had time to catch my breath then meet Maria for a coffee before we saw a patient she is one of social workers she is lovely & that kept me out of way of Lana haha! so not seen her much today
YAY 3pm wohooo rain arrived good old soaking and cooler bliss total bliss! raining again now!
yes be interesting to see if there is any damage to you knee hope its not too bad though and is easily sorted glad your getting around ok though
weigh in day tomorrow so see how i do am hoping for a good 4lbs off again fingers crossed!
well its cup of tea time for me now so will get off my backside & make it then find something on TV again!
