well mum & i had our hair trimmed tonight so we are all tidy again oh am so used to my natural colour now too!
yes think my weight is slowing down but that is ok still have some to lose if i go by NHS i have more than i intend am sure the BMI thing is rubbish to be honest!
well the system came back on i managed to get a lot of my stuff on then it went off again i swear if i have lost what i put on god help them took 3 hours!
pretty busy today but not too bad a little calmer than yesterday
well i think i might have earlier night tonight feel tired this evening
