was a quieter day work wise but we will see what happens tomorrow!!
Boss came for coffee today so was nice to get a treat!
yes sunflowers i got 10 from my seeds so took 2 of the ladies at work 2 each to plant out as well they were over moon this morning!! mine seem to be doing ok in garden now so all good
sad today one of Matrons i first met when i started at the hospital has taken medical retirement she is only 53 but she had MND i guess as a nurse she knows exactly what will happen its so sad she is lovely too
well i hope you managed to enjoy that muffin with your cuppa today! did you have one for me am still being good but now working my way back down the doses of the jab ready to come off would like to lose about 8lbs on way to it so i have a little to play with when i get knee done as will be little walking at first!!
off for a cuppa now have a lovely evening & sleep well for later xxxxx
