Morning splash--The sun is up and it does look clear at the moment but we still have air quality warnings from the smoke out west(the thousands of mile don't seem to make a difference to smoke drifting across the country) Yest the country is rather large and some things are big miles apart but I guess we are just used to it and just take it for granted. Its a 5 hr. flight from Vancouver to Toronto--that why we fly a lot.  I really didn't get as cleaning the frig yesterday and just  moved things around so must see about finding the energy to get at it. Nurse today but being a holiday my nurse is doing the evening shift and it will be after 5 before she comes--so I guess this afternoon I try to get a shower in.  Have a good day and I hope maybe you can see some sunshine.
