Morning Yvonne thanks for the Zebra well its a bit of a humid start with storms forecast only 19 but feels warmer
was a nice lay in though with the fan on most of the night
today is chill out day need to water the house plants and get work bits ready for the week then will chill out the rest of the day
hope the knee is improving i know they do take some time to heal so keep resting it!!
