Hi Yvonne hope you had a good day been a busy day but not crazy so all good kept out of way on wards so not much chatting with lana!
enjoyed meeting up with Maria we had a nice coffee and a good chat she is a social worker so comes in to see patients every so often now shes changed teams again so we plan to do it more often!!
oh no sorry the knee is still very sore really hope you can get it right by the weekend so your able to meet up with the girls
i have started to feel better in myself i think them meds are starting to kick in the girls in MH been keeping an eye on me too bless them they are a lovely lot
Wednesday is weigh day so will let you know how i do!!

splashed--as  usual it has become very hot so--shut everything up and turn on a/c(I am really glad I don't pay the hydro bills) Sagwa is on my bed in the cool air and I am puttering out in the living room. Daughter was just saying we are to have this for awhile even with some rain thrown in. Have a good day and keep resting the knee.

cloud free all afternoon ,,still is and its getting warmer , doors wide ,jaws wide,,,having a magnum LOL glad the knee is mending slowly ,small steps hun ,food shop tomorrow ,then a guy coming to check the water standards , then haircuts at 12 ,,(2) , then i`m done for the day ,lol have a cosy evening Yvonne and keep rested , you`ll be back on yer skateboard in no time lol xxx ta for the Zebra
