I'm pleased your sister in law seems happy, amove is sometimes unsettling.  Went to the farmers market today and came back with some local summer flower honey and vegan 'sausage' rolls and pasty.  Spoilt for choice with the honey and much better than shop bought. x

October reminds us to check our breast;
We need to stay alert, we cannot rest;
To beat cancer we must be on guard;
Take a few minutes and go the extra yard;
You fellows must also stay awake;
keeping a close watch on your prostrate;
You just can't put yourself at ease;
Cancer is a sneaky, cruel disease;
Make sure you and your family are in the know;
So we can all give cancer the great Heave-ho.
