It was nice as you can sit out on the large balcony overlooking the Loch.. With all the ducks.. The kids all love it.. Its got to be a sunny day.. As I always feel it's cold... I was going to bfo mire gardening.. Can't be bothered...enjoy your day xxx

Beautiful sunny day today but cold and we had no power from 9-5 all day. It was planned but I did not think about my computer nor the telephone so I missed an important call with my nutritionist. I feel so bad as if she was not important. As soon as the power came back on, I left her a message. Tomorrow I have mt stretch exercises and my family DR will call me. My back is still bad and I have an appointment with an osteopathy  the 14th but I have a colonoscopy the 29th and can cancel only by my Drs. OK. There is no way I can go through that with this much pain. Long story short, I had a yuckie day.
